A quick overview of enhancements made in Aug 2021.
We received some feedback and noticed that in a few instances users of our system didn't realize that a delete action would permanently delete information. We have now added confirmation modals when people try and delete data to confirm that our users wish to permanently delete information.
We are continuing to work on a consistent design pattern across our application. To help improve those efforts we have released a newly designed Property Management modal. This modal can be found via Main Menu > Tools > Property Management
We have received some feedback that sometimes when a contact sends a message it would be great to be able to zoom in on various aspects of the image. We have created a new way to consume and view MMS messages from within the dashboard. Users can now rotate and zoom on any images within a thread
We are continuing to work on a consistent design pattern across our application. To help improve those efforts we have released a newly designed Follow-up Scheduler modal. This modal can be found on the right-hand side of the main dashboard. Each customer has an option to 'Schedule Follow-ups' when this feature is enabled.

We have received some feedback about the experience when making an outbound call within Sonar. We have sync revamped the UI/UX to provide more visual clues to help when making outbound calls.
We wanted to make our Main Menu more accessible throughout the application. In some of our settings pages, users would have to navigate back to the dashboard before being able to open up the main menu. We have now added a direct link to the Main Menu on all pages.
There were some small cases where an AI conversation model would interfere with the system auto unsubscribing contacts when they make the opt-out request. We have resolved this issue so AI conversation models don't inhibit the opting-out process
We have various keyboard shortcuts within the application for our power users. We have since added a new keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + X). This shortcut will close a thread that you are looking at.
We have received some feedback from development teams for us to create a new endpoint that synchronously updates a customer's information in Sonar and then triggers a campaign message. This endpoint is named 'Personalized Campaign'
