Assign Team Members


When an incoming message comes through in Sonar from a new customer, the customer is unassigned by default. If you reply back, then you will be automatically assigned to that customer. A customer can be assigned to a single team member or you can assign yourself to the customer. Also, admins have the ability to assign all customers to a team member.
