Introducing Keyword Automation Rules
Please note that you need to speak with your respective customer representative to enable this feature for your account.
Keyword Automation Rules are a simple way to send a pre-defined message to any incoming messages that contain a specific keyword or key phrase.
Here's how you can use the new feature.
Navigate to Sonar's hamburger menu -> Tools -> Automation Rules
You can then hit the New Rule button and fill out the details as per the example below.
Hit the Save button and you're good to go.
You can always come back and:
- Turn off
an automation rule. And you can set up as many automation rules as you'd like.
