Prevent sending campaigns to undeliverable customers

If you want Sonar to automatically exclude sending your campaigns to customers whose last sent message failed to deliver, you can do so by the newly introduced toggle below, in the campaign setup page.

If you want Sonar to automatically exclude sending your follow-ups to customers whose last sent message failed to deliver, you can do so by the newly introduced toggle in the sequence settings modal below.
