Add Team Members

Need to invite more members of your team to Sonar? No problem, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. From the main menu, click on Team Members.
  2. Click on the + Add User button near the top left.
  3. Enter the email address of the team member you'd like to invite.
  4. Click Send Invite

This will send an email invitation to your colleague that will come from [email protected] with the subject line "You've been invited to join a Sonar Account." In the body of the email there will be a link to accept the invitation. Once they click the link, they will be prompted to set up their new account with their first and last name and their password.

If it appears your colleague didn't receive the invitation email, make sure to have them check their spam and junk mail folders. Sometimes they can end up there. If the invitation email was deleted, you can resend it using the Team Members page by locating their email address, clicking the three dots next to their email address to the right, and clicking "Resend Invitation." You can also revoke an invitation you've previously sent from this Actions menu as well.
