Click on the \"Add Property\" link in the right-hand column, where the panel shows the customer's info. With our [CSV Import](doc:csv-import) feature, you can add an additional column after the \"Assigned To\" column of the properties you'd like to add for each customer\n2.  Also, you can use the [Add/Update Customer](doc:addupdate-customer) to add properties to a single customer or multiple customers. \n\n\n## **Search Messages With Certain Properties**\nTo search for messages by a certain property, select the Search button (magnifying glass at the top of the left column) and enter the name of the property and the value. For example, the format would be name:value. Although these fields are editable (just as custom properties are), we recommend you don’t tweak the values of properties that are not created by you to ensure it can continue to function as intended. \n\nCurrent system properties used are:\t \n \n**Delivery Failed** – This property indicates to the system that the most recent message to that customer failed to deliver.
