What is the difference between "delivered" vs "sent?

"Delivered" means that we received a status update from our providers that your message was "delivered" to your customer's handset. "Sent" is where we received status update from our providers that your message was "sent".

Please note that some carriers don't send delivery receipts so messages sent to those carriers remain "Sent." Because of this, in many cases, "Sent" is as good as delivered.
